Q: How are orders processed during the holidays? Will there be delays?
A: Orders usually take 2–3 business days to process. We work hard to ship everything as quickly as possible!
If any item is delayed, we’ll send you an email update right away.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We ship all orders through UPS. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on where you live.
Please note that UPS does not deliver on Sundays.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your package and where it’s being sent.
The final shipping cost will show at checkout before you place your order.
Q: Can I choose a specific ship or arrival date?
A: Because of high holiday order volumes, we ship orders in the order they’re received.
We’re not able to hold or schedule shipments for a future date at this time.
Q: What if I entered the wrong billing information?
A: Don’t worry! Orders usually still go through even if the billing name or address doesn’t match perfectly.
Check your bank statement or email confirmation—if you see a charge, your order was successfully placed.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Once your order is submitted, we can’t make changes.
If you need to adjust something, the order must be canceled and resubmitted.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Yes, you can!

In the subject line of the email please provide us with your order number. In the body of email please provide us with a brief description of the issue and a member of our customer care team will contact you back during normal business hours.Â
